BuyMyFone wants to make selling your phone as easy and as smooth possible.BMF is a mobile phone recycling company oriented with the goal of preserving our planet from environmental damage by recycling handheld mobile devices. Our objective is to keep our environment free from harm to natural resources and filter the environmental cycle.

  +  How do i use the website?

Just Click on buymyfone.com Type in your mobile phone model in one of the Search Box. Click on the picture of your mobile phone and select your mobile phone Condition as NEW, USED or NON WORKING, then select the Quantity and then click on add to cart follow the instructions and create an account as prompted. You will then receive an order number. Include your order number with your mobile phone, your name and address and post it to us. Postal options and instructions are given once you have finished placing your order.

  +  How to Create my Account on your Website?

  +  What do I include when sending mobiles or tablets to Buy My Fone Recycle?

Before sending your device to us and to help speed up our processes, please do the following:

· Remove the SIM card
· Belongs to you
· Is not barred
· Is listed on our website
· Restore phone to original factory settings (including the removal of all PIN codes and passcodes)
· Backup your personal information
· Wipe all data
· Include the original battery

If you are using our packaging, there is no need to include a copy of your order confirmation. However if you are using your own packaging, please do include a printout or write your order number on the packaging.

  +  What condition does the handset need to be in?

We accept handsets that are in working and in non-working condition. If it is fully working with a battery and in good cosmetic condition, you should receive the full working price. However if the device has more serious damage or wear and tear you will receive a reduced payment amount. To find out more about working and non-working devices please review our Terms and Conditions.

  +  What if my Phone is broken or non-working?

Yes we buy all phones in any condition either Broken or Non- Working if they are listed on the website. To find out how much your phone is worth just enters the model of your phone into the search box at www.buymyfone.com . However we do not buy parts.

  +  Can I sell my phone if I don't have the charger?

Definitely! You can sell your mobile phone WITHOUT a charger. We only require you to send the phone and the battery. You do not need to send the charger, the sim card or any of the other accessories. You can send the charger and other accessories if you wish but you will not get any more money for them. All you need to do is go to www.buymyfone.com and check the prices being offered for your phone right now send your phone and get paid for it!

  +  How many mobile phones can I recycle at one time?

You can recycle as many handsets as you like, If it is more than 10 then we can offer a courier service. You are also more then welcome to ship it to us yourselves to avoid any delay. For further details you can go to the postage section.

  +  How do I send my phone?

Pack your product:

1. Turn the phone off
2. Include the battery
3. Remove memory card and sim card
4. Pack securely inside a box or a padded envelope
5. Add bubble wrap / tissue paper / protective substance to fill space
6. Put the package inside postal bag or envelope

  +  What type of postage do I use when sending the phone?

When you place an order with us, we will send you a pre-paid first class recycling bag for you to place your device into and send back to us. We cannot be held responsible or pay for any loss or damage that occurs to your device during transit. We highly recommend that you use a mode of postage that allows you to track it, i.e. recorded delivery / special delivery.

Post your package:
1.Safest preferable method – Special delivery / Recorded delivery
2.Recorded and special delivery ensures the post is delivered to us within 1-2 working days
3.Retaining tracking number allows you to track the dispatched order
4.Retain receipts/proof of transaction (in case of loss / damage)

  +  What happens to my phone after I send it in?

Once we have received your products –
1.We will check it within 24 hours
2.You will receive an automated email stating that your handset has been checked in
3.You will receive a second email stating our revised offer, based on cosmetic and functional condition
4.Once you approve the offer, we will complete the transaction by sending you the payment
*Please note: BACS payments will be made within 48 hours of the transaction being approved and completed and cheque payments will be made within 5 working days of the transaction.

  +  How long is my order valid?

Most of the phone Price offer opens for 14 days, so it's always wise to take the best offer as quick as you can. Still it’s best not to wait, because mobile phones are a very quickly changing technology and the price you are offered today might not be much higher in few days, so if you see a price that's attractive you should accept their offer straight away and make sure you post your phone to them without any delay for a wise deal.

  +  How and when can I expect to receive payment for the mobile phones I recycle
       through Buy my Fone?

Payment will be made once the order has been received, checked in by our technical department and after you approve our revised offer. BACS payments will take up to 48 hours to be finalised from the order approval and cheque payments will be sent within 5 working days of the order approval.

  +  How Can I track the progress of my orders?

  +  What happens if my order is declined or I wish to have my phone returned back?

Please Note: We cannot return mobile phones that are sent to us and are accepted at the full price as quoted after a customer confirms the approval of the phone value.

  +  What happens if my phone gets lost in the post?

If your device gets lost or stolen within the postal system, we advise that you make a direct claim against Royal Mail via their website for further investigation and/or compensation. For this you will require a tracking number for the postage or a receipt of post office transaction. When you place an order with us, we will send you a pre-paid first class recycling bag for you to place your device into and send back to us. We cannot be held responsible or pay for any loss or damage that occurs to your device during transit. We highly recommend that you use a mode of postage that allows you to track it, i.e. recorded delivery / special delivery.

  +  How to deactivate my iOS7 device from iCloud and how do I do this?

Apple has introduced Activation Lock as a new feature for iOS7 which locks your Apple device to your iCloud account. If you are using iOS7 with Activation Lock we require you to remove your device from your iCloud account before sending it to us.If you are running iOS6 or below, removing your device from your iCloud account is not required. To learn which iOS version your device is using go to Settings > General > About > Version.

There are two ways to delete account from your device

Option 1
Removing iCloud account via your device
1. Please turn your device
2. Go to Settings
3. SelectiCloud
4. Press Delete Account
5. Enter Apple ID password when advised
6. Select Turn Off

Option 2

We cannot process any handsets that are activation locked. Please make sure you remove Apple id from your account before you recycle the handset to us.
