1. Break out the International XIM Chip from the plastic card
2. Then insert this XIM Chip in your phone (under the battery)
3. Make sure your phone battery has been charged
4. Switch your phone on
5. Enter the five digit PIN Code*
6. Make your call

*Note: This XIM card has three profiles. You must enter a prefix in addition to the PIN to select the appropriate profile. Your PIN code is 0000.
Enter 1+PIN (10000) for the Global Profile (can be used worldwide)
Enter 2+PIN (20000) for the UK Profile (UK only)
Enter 3+PIN (30000) for the US / Canada Profile (US / Canada only)
Enter 4+PIN (40000) for Mexico only
Whenever you switch your phone on, you will be asked to enter this number. Please enter the PIN correctly. The service will be blocked if the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times during log-in. In case of you having to re-set your PIN (e.g. due to having forgotten your PIN) enter the PUK code and then your new PIN.

1. Always dial numbers with the full international dialing code even if you are calling within a country (e.g. +44 7624 xxx xxx).
2. After dialing the number, there will be a slight pause, as the service rings you back to connect your call. Answer normally. Ignore any messages the phone may display during this process

NOTE: When using the US, UK or Mexico profile, the calls are call-through, not call-back. Only the Global profile (PIN 10000) uses call-back.

Your global number is a UK-based phone number, which is printed on your XIM card. You will also be given a US number the first time you register the phone using the US profile. Please give either of those numbers to your contacts.

For PrePaid accounts, dial "187" to check your account balance. After each call, the system will notify you of the most recent call cost and your remaining account balance.
